Full-Cycle Recruitment

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations, feedback, advising, etc.), ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Primary point of contact for all tech-related hiring, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and collaborating closely with the technical team.

Interview and Selection Process

Proactively sourcing qualified talent with a strong focus on direct sourcing (using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).

Planning and executing interview and selection processes, including initial screenings, technical assessments, and in-person interviews.

Salary Negotiations and Onboarding

Salary negotiations and coordination of psychometric and medical examinations, ensuring a smooth process.

Managing the onboarding process and buddy program for new hires.

Employer Branding

Collaboration on employer branding initiatives, participating in recruitment events, social media communications to strengthen the company's image.

Liaised with consultants and external suppliers.
